Incompetent and ridiculous beyond belief. Thinking of buying a commercial property Leasehold or Freehold? Has it a basement? Goadsby wont have pictured it, need a floor plan? Goadsby wont have done one. Trying to search through results on Zoopla? Goadsby have posted 31 adverts for the same warehouse unit so you need to scroll through pages and pages of the same advert. Need decent pictures? Goadsby will have taken 4, on a standard lens so you cant actually see any detail at all. Want no idea what you are looking at at all with confusing details about if the property is freehold or leasehold... Goadsby have you covered. Leasehold properties in the freehold section and vice versa. Jeez. Oh, by the way, I requested details for a property on Monday. It's now Friday. **sits here waiting for passive-aggressive response "thanking" me for my review and asking my my details again.** ... Goadsby.. Take more pictures... Do a floor plan for christ sake, keep leasehold properties out the freehold section (the fact one needs to pay a "premium" doesn't make it a Freehold) and for god's sake, if you have 31 units available all from the same place, one bloody advert for it will do!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have been burgled, the burglar gained access to the rear garden due to a back gate that won't lock (they don't care and haven't even replaced the bolt so I could fit a padlock) and I woke up to find him in my bedroom! The boiler has broken 6 times and never been replaced, the final straw is this weekend where the boiler has broken again and there is literally no emergency number to contact to get it fixed. I have no hot water. They will only put you on 6 month or yearly contracts regardless of how long you've lived at a property (which is illegal) they also think they have the right to access the property at anytime without your permission. Use literally Amy other estate agent in Bournemouth.

Fantastic estate agents, especially Rob Ward. Ever since the appraisal, we felt confident that Rob and his team would help us sell our property and assured us that he would go above and beyond to complete the sale, and he sure did! Due to COVID, the market was uncertain but Rob managed to get a sale agreed. The buyer's solicitor proved to be extremely tricky with the purchase, continuously delaying the exchange. Rob went out of his way to push this through, contacting both solicitors directly, answering emails in the evenings and keeping both us and the buyer fully updated. Rob didn't have to do any of this but he showed commitment throughout the sale and created a fantastic relationship with us. An EXCELLENT service provided by all. We had previously marketed our property with another more glossy agent in town, but their failure to communicate effectively and identify a non-buyer despite us constantly pointing out the warning signs and not being taken seriously resulted in us taking our business to Goadsby. We were not disappointed, and Goadsby rewarded and vindicated our decision to move the business to them. I would like to thank all the Swanage Goadsby office staff for managing our house's sale so quickly and smoothly. The whole process from publishing to completion, took just over 7 weeks. They took on board our desire to only allow buyers who could proceed to view the house and avoid buyers who use a notoriously slow local law firm Despite us being 8000 miles away in the Philippines with an 8-hour time difference Noah and Ollie moved the whole process along at pace and kept us very well informed. Even at weekends, Josie in the lettings department stepped in to maintain the continuity. An excellent show of teamwork. Even on completion day, the whole team combined to kindly personally load a couple of large and heavy shipping crates into their cars and relocate them to the office store when it became obvious the shipping company couldn't collect them before completion. It is when a team go above and beyond the normal call of duty to ensure a sale goes smoothly that you know you have chosen the right company. Thanks again to everyone.
