GoogleMichael from Goadsby sold our house and sold us a house, He was the best agent that we have ever used. He always kept us updated and was very patient with the whole complicated situation. If it wasn't for Michael the whole deal might have fallen through. The whole office were always there to help. Very highly recommended.

GoogleWe bought a property through Goadsby who were brilliant throughout the process. Due to issues in the chain it was a long process (7 months). Michael at Goadsby was fantastic and regularly updated us, chased everyone in the chain and liaised with conveyancers to ensure things progressed as we had time issues as were in a short term let. I would highly recommend the Southbourne branch and thanks to all the staff there especially Michael. We're very happy in our new home and wouldn't have got here without all his hard work.

GoogleI have been using Goasby for the past 10 years to both find a tenants for, manage, and most recently, sell my flat in Bournemouth. Throughout this time I've mostly been dealing with Andy Hill, and I couldn't possibly speak any higher of the efforts that he and his team have gone to to ensure an efficient, proffessional and frankly fantastic service throughout this time. Andy always makes himself available and replies proptly to any communication or queries, no matter how small, to ensure that you're kept in the loop of proceedings at all times. He and the rest of the team have seamlessly organised everything throughout several tenancies, and assisted me throughout with any problems that arose, all for a very modest fee. Finally, Andy proved time and time again throughout the selling process that he was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything went through, even offering to drive all over Dorset personally to deliver documents that may not have arrived on time via the post. I cannot reccommend Goasdby highly enough, my only regret is that you've raised my expectations of the level of service a good estate agent should provide and hope that they can meet them in Brighton! Thank you.

GoogleExcellent service - a complicated sale as we were 300 miles away but Goadsby acted on our behalf in several situations like overseeing getting the flat cleaned and taking meter readings. Would highly recommend

Keep up Goadsby! It’s 2022 and customers matter. Revolting company. Mean, unfriendly bullies in all aspects. Misrepresentation of facts. Underhand and sly. Shockingly poor. Having read their replies to other one star reviews, it’s clear they do not learn from their mistakes. Never once did I receive an apology for the appalling treatment I received as their customer. Plenty of wonderful Estate Agents out there. Use them!
