Goadsby let anyone have free access to your home!

I completed my property on 22nd Feb 2022 in Bridport Dorset. On 21st they phoned me to as they wanted keys. I said they had 2 keys handed when I asked them to sell my property. They claimed I had signed them out. I knew I had not. They said they had my signature signing them out. I went to the shop. It was not my signature nothing like . They then claimed I had authorised said signatures person to pick keys up for me. Which I had not! Worrying thing is they had released my keys with address in November. I am an elderly lady living alone! I hadn’t realised someone had access to my home! I said they should pay to replace locks at their expense ! They totally refused.

I rented a property in bournemouth town…

I rented a property in bournemouth town centre through goadsby and stayed there for 6 years. Throughout this time we had occasion to contact both Mathew Bewley and in the last few years Alex Gould. Both were very professional and diligent mediators in getting contractors and landlord together to solve issues and maintenance. It was always a pleasure to talk to them both over the phone/ email and always quick to respond/ resolve. I have absolute confidence in this company as managing agents and only wish they were my new agents . Unfortunately all agents are not cast the same. If your looking to rent or have your property managed this would be my first choice

I recently purchased my house through Goadsbys in ferndown. They were really helpful the manager Tim was always on hand to answer any questions. We had a delay towards the end which was no fault of Goadsbys they sorted it within day’s to make sure the sale went through on the date planned. They recommended a solicitor to use and again he was brilliant got the job done and done right. Overall the level of service was brilliant if you want a friendly helpful team that get the job done professionally and at a good speed then Goadsbys are brilliant at this. I was never left wondering what’s next or what am I waiting on they were always on the ball and I was fully briefed. Again a big thanks to the manger Tim a friendly professional guy. I've only ever left two other reviews online but I felt compelled to write this one as buying a new house is usually stressful, and thanks to Tim, this one wasn't. My experience was brilliant. Tim was super efficient, helping me in many ways, and I was the purchasers, not the seller. I've bought and sold a few houses over the years and Goadsby's was far better than any of the national chains. Tim made sure he was available and always took our calls or phoned back promptly. A real surprise to deal with a company that was so efficient, even in a pandemic! I'll definitely only use Goadsby's from now on.

I met with several Ferndown agents before selecting Goadsby to market my property, far preferring their approach (honest advice, realistic valuation, friendly and professional).
