FacebookThe Didsbury team sold my property to the first viewer so I can't really ask for more. Furthermore, they were on hand throughout the transaction and even provided advice on my purchase even though we were buying through a competitor. I must give special mention to Nathan who was friendly and professional and Andrea who was great towards completion day. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Having suffered a bad experience in the past with a different company it was a reassuring to find a company and staff that cared and delivered when it mattered.Thanks guys.

FacebookIf you think gazuping is an unethical act then don't deal with Marcus Jolleys. In our case we had an offer accepted on a property and Marcus Jolleys contacted another interested buyer without any instruction from the seller and instigated the gazuping of our offer. Not a man with any integrity. Buyers beware

GoogleBeyond poor service. I arranged a viewing with the agent, explaining that I was driving an hour to see the property. I called before leaving to check that everything was still OK with the viewing and was assured it was. I received a call 10 minutes before the viewings with an agent (not the one I arranged the viewing with) to explain that they forgot the vendor had not dropped off the keys, and no attempt to rectify the situation. Unimpressed.

GoogleHaving rented several properties through Gascoigne with no issues, we ran into a problem on our last property, Gascoigne area management did a wonderful job of trying to resolve the issues in a professional way, however the local office were not interested in resolving the dispute, this was until area Management got involved. I would have given them 5 stars up until this, but sadly won't be using them again unless it's absolutely necessary.

GoogleMoving house is always a stressful time but Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow made the whole process so much more simple. Viewings with them were easy to arrange and viewing staff always on time. We received regular contact from the Manager Marcus who and Sales Manager Lewis who worked hard to find us the right property. They never sent us to inappropriate properties to make up the viewing numbers which we found other agents did. Once we found the right property, Lucy took over and was an absolute gem keeping the process moving. Any lack of action from solicitors, buyers or sellers, even several steps down the chain was pounced on and dealt with. Even in the closing stages, Lucy and Marcus helped shepherd the deal to a close and help keep the chain alive when the solicitors appeared to have gone to sleep on the job. Would definitely deal with them again!
