GoogleShocking service by Gascoigne Halman, if thinking on renting a property through them AVOID as you won't get your deposit back, after leaving the property haven't heard back from them and they are not willing to release the deposit.
Now I find myself looking for legal advice in order to get my deposit back, they try not to take responsibility even if you paid that deposit directly to their account.
Really poorly managed and really unfair for the tenants.
Will not be using them in the future and I don't recommend anyone to do it.

Special thanks to Amanda who has been so very helpful when we purchased the property over 10 years ago, finding us great tenants and sorting the tenancy agreement out etc. She has always helped and advised during this time when we had any issues or queries.She liased with the outgoing tenant when serving notice to end the tenancy so we had a stress free and amicable end to the tenancy making the sale much more straightforward. We also asked them to market the property and they took care of the viewings, keys, everything, and they found us a buyer in 2 days! We were kept informed regularly regarding the sale. Everyone at this branch in Chapel en le Frith does their best to help in a friendly and professional way and I have no hesitation in recommending them having experienced their buying, selling and renting services.
