GoogleWe are currently between purchases and reluctantly decided to explore rental properties. We viewed a property and promptly submitted an offer containing sensitive personal and financial information, from this point the communication from Gascoigne Halman was non-existent / awful. Despite numerous chases nobody came back to me to advise the property had been let out to somebody else, something we later found out ourselves as the property had been marked 'Let Agreed' on on Rightmove. If you're a tenant looking to rent or a landlord (as we are too), looking to market their property look elsewhere!

GoogleMy partner and I have recently bought our first home together with the help of Gascoigne Halman Sale and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We were at the bottom of a very long chain and there was a huge time pressure for us as we had to be out of our rental property by a certain date. Gascoigne Halman (and Julie in particular) pulled out all of the stops to get our completion date pushed through. We were updated at least once a day as to where things were up to and even our solicitors were incredibly impressed by the service that Gascoigne Halman provided. Thank you for all of your help - we couldn’t have done it without you.

GoogleI recently sold my house in Sale with Gascoigne Halman's Sale Office. From start to finish I had excellent service from the branch. They were pleasant to deal with, enthusiastic about the house and this was transferred to prospective buyers because they found many good quality, serious purchasers and their sales and negotiating skills were first class. I am grateful to them.

GoogleI recently worked with them in an attempt to purchase a property. Despite several meetings and numerous emails, I was ultimately unable to complete the purchase due to the lack of attention and support from the estate agent. They seemed disorganized and often failed to provide me with complete or accurate information, which caused delays and confusion throughout the process. Additionally, I found that they were unresponsive to my calls and emails, which further hindered my ability to move forward with the purchase. In the end, I was forced to walk away from the deal due to their inability to effectively manage the process. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from them and would not recommend them to others.

GoogleI was so impressed by my experience with Gascoigne Halman, they exceeded all expectations. My purchase was a particularly long one and Julie was amazing at helping me work through it every step of the way, she was always available whenever I needed her, and her customer service was amazing. I would not hesitate to use Gascoigne Halman again whenever I next buy or sell a property, definitely the best estate agent experience I’ve had, thanks so much!

GoogleIt's all well and good having a glossy video regarding company policy in respect to customers. But its worthless if certain staff members act like a loss cannon and totally disregard company policies and not acting in the interest of there client. Personally I would imagine some Gascoigne Halman staff have difficulty lying straight in bed. Because they have no principles.

GoogleI can’t praise gasgoine halman highly enough! Our main go-to was Louise who was so helpful and lovely throughout the process of finding a place, but everyone in the office was also friendly and approachable. It’s rare to find an estate agent who really cares (and is extremely good) at their job - I felt like I was being treated like a human being rather than a number, and it was so appreciated! Thank you so much to the team and especially Louise for helping us find such a gorgeous place - we’ll definitely be using you again in the future!

GoogleUndoubtably the sale of the century. Adam with his able team marketed my house SK4 3JB in February 2022. It sold the next day with an offer over the asking price which complimented his marketing strategy. We then embarked to downsize to a bungalow which was a big ask, the search was fully aided by Adam and the lovely Kim and at one point we thought all was lost in July. Adam although being the sales agent for our house took it upon himself with his team to keep all parties keen. We eventually completed on our perfect bungalow over seven months later in September with no reductions on the waiting buyers price and a bargain on our bungalow. You could not make this review up as a fairytale, but its true and big thanks to Adam and his team for all their hard work, and very personal help and input to complete on an extremely challenging sale and conveyance.
