GoogleUnprofessional to the highest level and very rude in my 6 years as an investor buying and selling I have never experience estate agents like them. Why are they still trading is beyond me or why would someone use them? All reviews say the same issue of unprofessional rude treatment might be part of their training ''Tom'' was a joke to deal with thanks for the experience, in short, give them 5star for you get what you pay for.

GoogleWe purchased a property through Gascoigne Halman & Megan was really helpful throughout the process, particularly when it came to pushing things along with solicitors and the vendor. I don’t think it’d have gone through as quickly without her intervention. I can only comment in terms of buying a property through them and my experience was wholly positive.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience selling our home through Gascoigne Halman. After another local agency let us down and failed to procure us a buyer, we turned to Gascoigne Halman. Kate at the Altrincham office was wonderful at communicating with us and with our buyer, ultimately leading to a timely and smooth sale of our property. Professional throughout and quick to respond to queries. Thank you to the team at Gascoigne Halman Altrincham, who thanks to them, we are now happily moved into our new home.

GoogleThe experience was satisfactory and the staff friendly but there are improvements to be made. There is rarely anyone in the office and messages or emails need to be left so they can get back to you. This can take rather a long time! The staff seem knowledgeable but I was limited to viewing a property when the tenant was available to show me around. The agent could have done it.

GoogleHaving just completed the sale of my house in Kettleshulme I just wanted to take a moment to thank Gascoigne Halman in Macclesfield, and Carly in particular, for their endeavours and efforts over the last 3 months. The house came on the market and was sold within a matter of days. That was easy I thought! However, a 400 year old house in the countryside comes with a number of unforeseen challenges all of which were met head on and handled efficiently and promptly by Carly and the team. I was kept informed at all times, phone calls and emails were answered quickly and the entire process was managed in a manner that never failed to impress. I've sold a number of properties in the area over the years and this has been the most pleasant experience of the lot. Thank you Carly and thank everyone at Gascoigne Halman and whilst I have no intention of selling again in the near future, you just never know!!

GoogleWe chose Gascogne Halman to deal with the sale of my recently deceased Mother’s house in Macclesfield. Matthew and the team were very quick to act, reckoning that the property would sell within a week or so - which it did! Throughout, advice, guidance and communication from Gascogne Halman was first class and at all times we felt they were working hard in our interests. I would highly recommend Gascogne Halman for sales in Macclesfield.
