GoogleExceptional customer service throughout. All staff, went above and beyond and were extremely helpful throughout our house sale and were always so helpful regarding any queries and questions. We had interest immediately, and within two days our house was sold! We were kept up to date throughout and communication was first class. I would 100 percent use again and would recommend!

GoogleSasha at Gascoigne Halman Prestbury was nothing short of incredible. She kept us in the loop on a daily basis and displayed professionalism and honesty throughout buying our first home. She was always well-informed and she was a key factor in getting over the finish line when dealing with exceptionally difficult vendors, when on multiple occasions we were believed we had reached an impasse. I am sure anyone who has the pleasure of dealing with Sasha in the future will agree that she is an asset to Gascoigne Halman. Thank you so much Sasha!

GoogleThe team at the Poynton office were excellent from start to finish - professional, friendly and approachable. The sales literature, photos, our viewing numbers and sales negotiations all exceeded our expectations. We agreed a sale within a week of going to market. A big shout out goes to the Branch Manager, Joanne Macleod. Her knowledge of the market resulted in an accurate valuation which was achieved. Without Joanne’s expertise I’m not sure we would have overcome some of the issues that arose from the conveyancing stage of the sale. Her diligence and tenacity got our sale over the line. GoogleWe cannot reccomend the team in the Poynton branch highly enough. Nothing was ever a trouble, they were always accomodating and kept themselves well informed of the progress of the sale and purchase at all times. We dealt mostly with Jo and Lucy and both were always so enthusiastic and helpful, they were also great with the kids when we brought them for their first viewing which could have gone either way! I honestly couldn't fault them and would definitely use them again... however they have found us our forever home so hopefully that won't be necessary!!

GoogleMy Mum sold my Grandad's bungalow through Gascoigne Halman Poynton. The property was out of their area, but they arranged many viewings and secured us a good sale. Everything was dealt with expertly and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

GoogleSince being a tenant with Gascoigne Halman Bramhall, starting in the Summer of 2022, there have been some ups and downs with regards to the staff and processes but I will not expand on the details as most issues are now resolved. What I can say is now that I am vacating the property, the service is excellent thanks to Pauline Longworth who is lovely and very helpful. Compared to experiences I have now had with other agents, this branch is well equipped these days to deal with tenant queries etc. so overall I would recommend this branch for renters.

GoogleI chose GH initially because the property I wanted to buy was also for sale with another branch of GH, but when I met Lewis I found him very easy to deal with, and his knowledge of the local market invaluable. By taking his advice on where to pitch the asking price, my house generated a lot of interest straight away & I sold for significantly more than the asking price. It was great to have Lewis to deal with the offers for me at this stage. Finding a buyer is really only the start of the process, where I found I needed the support of GH most was the constant chasing of solicitors and other parties involved in order to get to exchange & completion. A big thank you to Joe too who won't be missing my daily calls!
