GoogleGeorgia and the team were so brilliant with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. Nothing was too much trouble - always ready to help in whatever way they could. Georgia in particular had the patience of a saint in dealing with the solicitors who caused a lot of grief! All in all a great and efficient team who we would not hesitate to recommend.

GooglePlease do yourself a favor and avoid this agency. I relocated from Liverpool a week ago, expecting the property to be habitable. Unfortunately, I encountered a series of major defects, including no proper heating, plumbing issues, and serious cleanliness problems, the driveway was full of moss and mold. Additionally, there were rats in the garden, an issue previously reported by neighbors and past tenants but never addressed. Relocating is already stressful, but dealing with these unresolved problems, especially after being misinformed about the rat infestation, made it even worse. I was told there were no rats, yet they were still present in the garden. The agents are polite when speaking, but despite my repeated calls and reports since day one, they have taken no action to resolve these serious issues.

GoogleOur family was searching for a property in Manchester while still in Japan. We contacted several real estate agencies through Rightmove, but Gascoigne Halman was the only one that responded properly. They introduced us to a property in the Sale area, which was exactly where we wanted to live. We quickly expressed our interest, and they arranged a live online viewing for us. The biggest challenge in the process was the timing of our visa application and approval. However, despite the time difference between Japan and the UK, they coordinated everything smoothly and provided quick responses, allowing us to successfully complete the tenancy agreement. Our family is extremely grateful for their kind and attentive support.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Julie went above and beyond, acting as intermediary all along to help smooth out any issues during legals to transfer ownership.

GoogleWe have just sold out property throught Gasoigne Halman and they were brilliant. It wasn't an easy sale due to terrible solicitors on our buyers side, however GH were fantastic. Shout out to Tom and Andrea they were both a pleasure to deal with, they were constantly on top of things and always willing to go the extra mile to push things along (even often listening to me rant about solicitors). A companies reputation and quality is driven by the people so I couldn't rate GH any higher based on my experience with Tom and Andrea. Would highly recommed.

GoogleReally not good so far. There was next-to-no proactive feedback on viewings. Having accepted an offer over 2 weeks ago, we are still waiting to start conveyancing. Staff don't answer emails until chased several times and the phone goes to voicemail when you call the office. Based on our experience so far, I would avoid.

GoogleVisited the Didsbury Branch last week and found the staff (including Regan who I spoke to) to be most welcoming & helpful. I have been to a few other estate agents on the high street and not been as impressed with the service and it really made my visit more enjoyable. Highly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble when answering my questions. Excellent service overall!
