GoogleAlexander F was our negotiator at Felicity J Lord Clerkenwell. Being relatively inexperienced at property buying and selling Alexander provided us with expert advice from the beginning to the end of the process. His professional and positive attitude helped us to navigate the complexities of the process. We were kept up-to-date throughout the purchase and Alexander checked in us regularly and also liaised with our solicitor to ensure everything was on track. It’s no secret that purchasing property can be a stressful experience but I felt that we were in safe hands and that FJL are a very professional and reliable agent to work with. I would happily recommend Alexander and the team.

GoogleNEVER EVER USE THIS AGENCY!!! The amount of problems we've faced since using them are too many to mention but I will explain a few that you need to look out for. 1. On our moving in day, the house was handed over to us in a dreadful state. Hadn't been cleaned, furniture still not removed as promised. We were then ignored all weekend so couldn't move in til 4 days after our move in date. 2. No responsibility was ever taken for their incompetence. 3. We had a number of repairs needed to be done so they sent cowboys to do the job 4. We had a year battle with the agency to receive the 4 days back in compensation which was exhausting when you're up against these morons. 5. 2 months after moving out, we had to chase the release of our deposit by numerous emails and 4 phone calls. I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night.

GoogleShocking behaviour. They decide to charge both landlord and tenant a £350 fee for tenancy setup despite a verbal agreement not to. Morals, ethics? Nowhere to be seen. Will not be using again

GoogleWe have been working with the FJL property management department for a number of years, in this time we have established a very good working relationship with the team in the Colchester Head Office. Unlike many management companies, FJL understand the property management industry and the challenges associated with it, they have a way of doing things which enables them to overcome issues in a very efficient yet understanding manner, getting the job done in the process. We have found their service is 1st Class.

GoogleDealing with Felicity J Lord in Wapping has been a pleasure. They have been a great help to us in listing & selling our property. From the initial valuation meeting, to the excellent photographer, to the sales and negotiation team they all have been top drawer. Eduard Diac in particular, went above and beyond in getting our flat exchanged and completed in the face of often, trying situations with our buyers choice of solicitors. His perseverance and conscientiousness were a massive, massive help and we couldn't recommend him enough.

GoogleThank you to Felicity J Lord estate agents in Chiswick for all your assistance before, during and after the sale of our property. We first met Dominic Brinkworth and Evalena Hogan in December last year when we were thinking of putting our home in Chiswick on the market for sale. We decided to go ahead after spending a fair bit of time with them both. Dominic gave us very clear guidance and explanations of the procedure. However we got "cold feet" and withdrew the property from the market a couple of days before the end of the cooling off period. We felt no pressure from either of them in spite of this. At the beginning of June this year, we again put the house on the market, feeling the time was right. Eva handled most of the viewings, keeping in close communication with us throughout the process. We found both Dominic and Eva to be polite, considerate, professional and available to answer any queries, they are just so approachable and friendly. Eva gave us regular feedback on the views of people viewing the property. Our home was sold within 2 months. I personally was most surprised but also very grateful that we didn't have "For sale" and "Sold" signs up outside our property. GoogleSuperb customer service from Dom and Eva, thank you both. We held out post brexit for our desired price and they found us a buyer. Despite us then having to secure planning permission 'as part of the sale' to the buyers they worked as if we were their only client, nothing was too much trouble for them. GoogleI was worried that selling my property would be difficult as there are many houses to let or for sale in the area. However Patricia and I not only agreed a very reasonable rate but she and Anje at the Chiswick branch were charming and polite and had several viewers though the doors each week. We spoke every few days and they always kept me abreast of the situation. They secured an offer on my property in 4 months, despite the fact that there were several houses on my road for sale. i was very happy with the way things went through.

GoogleRasa was such a friendly, informative and helpful lettings agent! Right from the start she was honest about the properties on her books and actually listened to what I wanted from an apartment. She didn't rush me or push properties I wasn't interested in. This is a rare trait in lettings agents and one that should be applauded when it happens! She's a good reason to search for a property with Felicity J Lord!

GoogleExcellent service throughout the selling process, from initial valuation to viewings and completion. Raj did an excellent job in arranging viewings, keeping me updated and feedback following viewings. He understands the area very well and also what buyers are looking for. Gurmukh and Raj did very well with negotiation on price, and were extremely helpful after offer accepted - thought they dealt very well with both solicitors. A highly professional yet personal service and would thoroughly recommend if you are thinking of selling or buying.

GoogleThis was the first agent i approached when i had to move flat. All went pretty well, i saw the property immediately and took it as a really good deal. FJL came up front with all pros and cons of taking this property where we could make a good decision, as opposed to just wanting to do the sale. Checks and paperwork was quick, with good and prompt communication. Many thanks to Rasa and Linas who where great and prompt help at all stages. B
