GoogleI had the most terrible experience when renting an apartment through Felicity J Lords. The agent was as unprofessional as one could get, not responding to questions, lying about work to be done in the flat and completely disappearing after receiving the commission.
During the tenancy, the support staff was quick to respond though and helpful in general.
However, I won't recommend them to anybody unless you know in advance that the agent won't harass you.

He went over and beyond to help me look for flats within my description. His bubbly and energetic personality made viewing flats and talking about my flat hunt so enjoyable with him. GoogleAwful Experience moving out. They sent me the incorrect move out date which is fine as people do make mistakes, the way they handled it was terrible. Instead of apologising they gave me a bad excuse of blaming there computer system and then threatened me that I would have to pay more if I did not move out (in a very sheepish voice) on an earlier date for the mistake that they made. On speaking to the landlord I also learnt that they had given him an equally terrible and untrue excuse of why this happened and I know that they have had issues with this letting agent and won't be using them again. They are fine with taking your money and high service fees but do not care after that.
