I sold my flat with FJ Lord in August 2016 and everyone I met from the Greenwich office was helpful and knowledgable from pricing to completion. I would recommend them to anyone, especially first time buyers/sellers, as the process can be incredibly stressful and having a team that know their stuff, will take the time to listen, and generally be there to support you throughout is so important. Massive kudos to Rebecca, Alex, Joe and Harry for all their help!

Appaling, Called up and spoke to an woman with a very heavy accent, as she explained she didnt have any propertys that had been advertised online i asked for the website, I had to ask several times as she was really hard to understand, And not only was she very rude she put the phone down on me BAD SERVICE

I have been dealing with Dmitrijs at Felicity J Lord and found him very professional and approcheable. The service was excellent as he always targeted the right type of properties and always made himself available to show the properties around accomodating my schedule. Although not finding our final property with FJL (through a change in our circumstance), we spent many weeks chatting, arranging and viewing a range of properties with the Surrey Quays branch. We found dealing with both Sonny and Carina to be extremely easy in what is a typically stressful time. They were both helpful, polite and diligent in their work and it was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The worst estate agent ever,they are making good money from victims like me,I arrange a property viewing they got me from that moment to sign a piece of paper without explaining any thing . They got a less holding deposit £1000. And they ask me either to pay 1 year rent in advance ,or to get a guarantor,I got a guarantor but what they were ask from the guarantor was to much basically he should give his life away to them no body will accept their stupid unfair conditions. An other thing about these agent why you shouldn't rent by them their fees are unbelievable Tenancy set up fee £330 Checking fee £144 .no idea what's that for Plus they are lazy,useless , unhelpful once they got your money they don't reply to your emails or your calls They don't refund the deposit they are very good at manipulating not to do so. My advice to any one who is thinking to rent by felicity J Lord You are going to regret it keep away please
