GoogleThey are really friendly and understanding all your needs. Whenever you have a problem with the property, they sort out as soon as possible. I can highly recommend them. We were renting a property for 3 years, what they are managing. One of the best Letting agency We have dealt with so far. Whenever we had questions or any sort of issue with the property, they managed to sort it out for us within 48 hours, but mostly same day. Now we are moving out of London and we will really miss them. Guys- if you read it, THANK YOU so much for your hard work!

GoogleThe worst and least professional letting agent ever. WOW!!! Such a weird claim!! You had NO direct communication with me??!!! Do you wanna me take screenshots of some of the emails I sent you to just remind you how unprofessional you were? I can even upload the emails you sent me asking to remove my review!! After 1 year I am still angry with you. We rented a property with the help of one of your competitors in Finchley and we can easily see the difference. Sorry, but you are not doing a good job!!

GoogleFantastic experience from start to finish. Once on the market the viewings started the very next day. We were kept up to date through the entire process with messages and calls and they could not do enough to help. GoogleEllis & Co manage my rental property for me and I couldn't be happier with their service. Craig is excellent, he's always available and responds to all requests immediately. The property used to be managed by Village Estates and they were absolutely terrible at responding to my requests. 100% would recommend going with Ellis & Co over anyone else in the area.
