GoogleWe spoke to a few different agencies and Ellis were actually the ones that ended up giving the most accurate valuation. We're really happy we went with them. Jason helped us to sell our flat and he was superb. We always felt like we were in good hands with him, and he was a great sounding board for various questions and dilemmas we had with our sale. Despite us facing a couple of tricky situations outside his control, Jason navigated them smoothly and professionally. In addition, he always kept in touch with any updates.

GoogleHad a viewing at the property today morning, had drove down 30mins and was being told property was gone, no one bothered to called and informed. Not a great service.

GoogleThey are incredibly unprofessional. Last week we arranged a viewing for a place in Tottenham, but they never showed up. I live and work in Cambridge. I had to leave work early, take a train for an hour and stand in front of the designated place for 45 mins. I called them and emailed them many times. They just never responded. It was very disrespectful.

GoogleHaving lived in Bounds Green for over 55 years and have moved 3 times but always in Bounds Green.Ellis and co have been the agents i have always used.i have bought and sold with them and have been treated like a family friend.they have advised,supported and gone over and above helping me this very stressful process.i would highly recommend them above all others in this area.the service is always EXCELLANT,thank you Tony,Mark,Demmy and all your fantastic team

GoogleDidnt get much involved woth the company,but i called and enquired about an apartment and the person on the recieving on of the call was probably one of the rudest real estate agents i have ever called.he was getting angry at me because there were some connection issues kinda shouting and telling me do u want to book this viewing or not and just overall so mean and rude towards a possible customer .Iv never seen such a worse customer interaction by a real estate agent ever.you guys need to teach your agents to talk to customers properly.

FacebookLiterally the best Agency in the whole country, in my opinion. Very organised, helpful, kind, fair, professional, fast responsive. They do their best to meet your needs as a tenant. I honestly couldn't be happier about them and I keep recommending them to everyone. A special praise must go to Nicos Nicholau, the best agent. I have lived in the flat for 3 years and never a problem with getting things quickly fixed or solving any issue. I wouldn't rent with anyone else.
