GoogleI have been renting an apartment through Ellis and Co for the last couple of years and they have been fantastic all round. Any time there was an issue they sorted it out straight away. They have a super friendly team of staff that constantly keep in touch to make sure everything is as it should be and to make sure any questions I have are answered. Would highly recommend renting through Ellis and Co

Avoid this agency if you want to have peace of mind. You have to chase them all the time for informations and you basicaly have to do theyr job . They are usseles and speak like robots. They become rude when are chalenged. Only want to take your money and they mislead and lie letting people understand that everithing is allrigt when is not. If you dont know the laws make sure you speak thru emails and not by phone with them as this you will need for evidence later.

GoogleVery disappointed with the service at Ellis & Co Greenford. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of support and poor communication from the team. Whenever we reached out for help with issues, we were met with delays, unresponsiveness, or no follow-up at all. It felt like our concerns were never taken seriously. What made matters worse was the rude and disrespectful behavior of Saumil, especially towards my father. His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable, no customer or client deserves to be spoken to like that. It was deeply upsetting and has left us very frustrated. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into these concerns to improve the service and professionalism of their staff.

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs. A terrible estate agent.
My family occupied a Assured Shorthold Tenancy for two years and renewed and signed on 16 September 2024, extending the term from 24 September 2024 to 23 September 2025, with a mutual break clause exercisable no earlier than 24 March 2025 and requiring two months’ notice. On 2nd January 2025, I received notice from Ellis & Co requesting that we vacate the property by 23 March 2025, citing a change in the landlord’s circumstances and a desire to move back into the property for Easter. I requested an extension to this notice due to the time of year, family needs, and lack of available properties. This was refused. After incurring significant personal and financial cost, my family moved out on time. However, I later discovered in April that the property has been re-listed for rent at a higher price, directly contradicting the stated grounds for terminating our tenancy. Not only that but a number of the improvments needed in the house that I had complained about were updated. The house was re-listed with Ellis & Co who had originally rented the property to me. I believe that the estate agents and the owner had colluded to use this excuse for my family to leave while in contract in order to rent the property at a higher price. Avoid this estate agent at all costs because based on my experience they cannot be trusted. For the record I am now taking legal action to recover damages incurred.

What convinced me was Zee's knowledge about the area and the type of people looking to buy. He gave good guidance on the quality and potential of the property and what to expect. GoogleThe worst!!! Im waiting 8 weeks for my deposit to be returned. Agency is not replying for my emails, and when i call they keep saying they will call me back, as they have to contact someone. They are never calling back. I will be going to the court!
