We’ve had a really positive experience with Ellis & Co, and in particular, we’d like to thank Khalid for all his help and support throughout the whole process of moving into our flat.
Recently, we had an emergency with one of the sockets that started popping. It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.
It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.
