GoogleI have rented a property through Ellis and co for 3 years now and have nothing but good to say about them I dealt initially with Ashley Thompson and at the time was new to the uk. Ashley was helpful not only with the letting of the flat but helped my through my integration to London life. During my tenancy whenever we had a problem, it has been dealt with efficiently and we have been kept informed with any progress. I would recommend the Ellis and co team to both landlords and tenants if you wish to be looked after.

GoogleAfter the first year letting with Ellis and Co. I am super pleased. Whenever there's an issue they're quick to respond and are always helpful. The property manager, Neil, is great at getting back with any questions I've got and responds quickly.

GooglePoor customers approach.....Letting Agent put the phone down on me after leaving my contact number and reluctantly promised to call back. I had to call back several times and the agent at the other end acknowledged and before transfering the call cut the communication. I hope this is down to technical issues and not discrimination and arrogance!

GoogleThis property agent is absolutely not taking care of tenant they only care the landlord I’m there tenant since 2013 and have problem with boiler the property managing by them every tow or three months time I have problem with boiler so I call them that I have no hot water they take long to send engineer and once engineer comes he says that he told the property agent they should Chang it is very old model and been used a lot but they don’t lesson.the engineer fix for temporarily after again gives problem but this time now it’s tow week I’m out of hot water the agent says that landlord wants to have cute from difronte companies to have cheep one and he is only changing the part not all boiler I’m still suffering

Very knowledgeable staff with professional and friendly approach, explaining their services in details of end to end process of purchasing and lettings of properties in Wembley area.
