Buying our home through Ellis & Co was a really positive experience. Jason was so friendly and supportive, giving us great advice and keeping us updated throughout the process. He kept an eye on progress with the solicitors each week, and kept everything moving. With their help we were able to complete in 8 weeks with a short chain! I would definitely use Ellis & Co again and would recommend from the point of view of the buyer.

GoogleApologies for the delay of this review!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Rented a property in Tonbridge through them, Adam in particular and Danny made the process a much easier one than myself and my husband have had in the past. One experience in particular with a different letting agents was utterly horrendous and made us ill. So having to move yet again was something we dreaded. We were nervous and stressed through the whole process. We were looked after so well by the team here, they seemed to understand why we were feeling the way we did and offered a great deal of reassurance etc along the way. Lovely guys, utterly bonkers (which we love) and total professionals. Can't be faulted! Thankyou so much :)

Great service with this agency. People have negative thoughts on estate agents but Ellis and Co certainly are extremely reliable. I have reached out many times to them if there are problems in the property and they always have been resolved quickly. There manager Dan is very prompt in assisting me.

Google- Poor service - Unprofessional behavior It’s been about 1 year since I entered the property and they did not fix the radiator in the toilet and they ignored us completely and this is absolutely unprofessional ,and when it comes to my room there was no heating at all the full winter season and this winter was one of the hardest and coldest winters in UK , I spoke to them and they treated me unprofessionally , I’m really disappointed that how come a big and well known company behaving like this with its customers and I had found out that they are franchise therefore DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY GUYS

During the last X (too many to mentions) amount of years I have bought, rented my property (thanks Joe) and now finally sold property via Mill Hill Ellis and Co. I would like to thank the whole team for their professional services and friendship. With regards to the recent sale of my parent’s family house I would like to thank Adam. Adam your professional approach and the manner you handled all aspects of the sale was outstanding. I was always kept informed and I appreciate the advice and how you went the extra mile to help see this sale through to completion. Hard to trust a letting agency after having had bad experiences with most of them. Btw, I'm with Ellis & Co from a few months and everything has been quite smooth so far. The system they adopt to ask for repairs is very efficient, they reply very soon and follow up on the matter. The relationship is much more relaxed than it was with any other agency. No complains.
