I would not recommend Ellis & Co Wembley. When I put my property on the market, Cristina Siladi, the Sales Manager, had mis represented the property on the marketing by adding false details which I made clear was not true, but she said it will help attract buyers. This was then found out by the buyer in the later stages who pulled out of the transaction. I had given notice to the tenants and this caused me a lot of stress and costed me thousands of pounds and I had to file in a complaint to the Property Ombudsman. I would question a lot these claims made below, but in their defence they did assist to find new tenants after which I gladly declined due to the misconduct of Cristina Siladi.

If anyone is looking for renting a house in Wembley central/Alperton/Sudbury area they should contact Himanshu Limbachia of Ellis & Co. He is a synonym of customer service. He guides the customer to the best possible available house in the locality keeping the budget in mind and also helps the customer to settle down peacefully. The great quality of Himanshu is his after sell service. He never avoids the customer after they take the possession of the house and always addresses their issues and solve those as soon as possible. In a nutshell I would recommend him highly (I have been served by him twice) and would request others who are looking for a house in Wembley/Alperton/Sudbury area should approach him for his service. He is very much approachable.

I came into this office for advise about buying a new house. I am a first time buyer & do not know a lot. Your sales front man Kamil was very welcoming and warm with my query. He offered me a seat and we went through my budgets & criteria. He was very knowledgeable of the process and I feel he was also very honest with his advise. I have since taken his advise and need to save a little more to hit 5%. Kamil is a true testament to a high delivery of customer service and I was very happy with him as this was my first time experience. I will be coming back when I am ready to buy. Thank you Kamil.

Ellis & Co Wembley Central Branch, Firstly a massive thank you to all the staff in the Lettings Department for finding me the perfect rental property to rent. I had been in the process of relocating from Scotland back to London and had been struggling to find a ideal property to rent I spent so much time back and forth from Scotland to London on viewings with OTHER LOCAL ESTATE AGENTS!! it actually became a nightmare, my specific requirements were never met due to lack of professionalism, attention to detail was poor which stressed me out and made me quite angry at times. I sold my mother's house through Ellis & Co. of Golders Green whom I selected after interviewing four local agents. They all seemed to be good but Ellis just had the edge. Jason was my contact throughout the process. He was very proactive in ensuring that the buyer's solicitor was on track and also chased me up when I was slow to respond to the buyer's enquiries. And the sale? The house sold at the asking price within one day. Ellis contacted potential buyers on their hot list of clients. Two viewed the property and the second one made an offer. Fantastic people and fantastic service. My girlfriend and I used Ellis and Co to rent a flat in Willesden Green. They also managed it. It is a small outfit run by a husband and wife team who get involved in everything. They are also very straight talking so when you rent from them you know what the deal is. I.e. you get an inventory and check in report on the state of the flat when you move in, saves a lot of time and hassle. If we had a problem we knew who to contact and it was the same person we spoke to all the time so we didn't have to constantly explain the same problem a hundred times over. Unfortunately not with them anymore as the landlord wanted his flat back. Found a place with a large chain of estate agents up the road who are quite honestly appalling i.e. it has been a month after we moved in and we still don't have a signed copy of the contract, they didnt organise for an inventory to be done etc. Ellis and Co. in Willesden Green have shown us what good agents / management agents do and we miss them. They explain things clearly and react quickly to queries. It was a pleasure to rent through them.

Ellis and Co team at Bethnal Green are absolutely fantastic! I have rented with them for one and a half years, during which they provided exceptionally fast responses to my queries and had every issue fixed straight away (they also managed the property). In the beginning of our tenancy we had an issue with the boiler and Ellis & Co got it sorted immediately. Renewing our contract was a breeze, because Kier (our awesome agent) made the process very straight forward and seamless.
