GoogleEllis and Co have been managing our rental property since 2013. We appreciate their efficiency in dealing with all aspects of the property. Ravi looked after getting us set up and he was very thorough and communicated with us at all stages of the process. Ellis and Co also take very good care of our tenants and they have struck a great balance between owner and tenant management. I would recommend Ellis and Co to anyone seeking rental property management.

GoogleMany thanks to Ellis and Co's Daniel Gray for giving his time to support the work of Age UK Barnet. Daniel has visited the Meritage Centre in Hendon twice so far and has proved a real hit with our clients. He spent a day with those visiting the day centre, helping staff to serve tea and coffee, chatting and also playing Bingo! On another occasion he spent a morning running a drop in digital clinic for us supporting older people with their laptops and iPads. We look forward to welcoming him back again very soon.

GoogleAndy James acted for the vendor on the property we just bought, but he helped both of us through a long process with tremendous good humour and common sense. Andy was completely straight with us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would recommend him, and Ellis & Co, without reservation to anyone looking to buy a property in the area.

GoogleEllis and Co team at Bethnal Green are absolutely fantastic! I have rented with them for one and a half years, during which they provided exceptionally fast responses to my queries and had every issue fixed straight away (they also managed the property). In the beginning of our tenancy we had an issue with the boiler and Ellis & Co got it sorted immediately. Renewing our contract was a breeze, because Kier (our awesome agent) made the process very straight forward and seamless. Ellis and Co charge very reasonable prices, while they deliver an exceptionally high quality service. I highly recommend them to all my friends, because great estate agents are hard to find!

GoogleExtremely pleasant experience selling our flat through Ellis & Co, Golders Green. Agents were instructed on 15th May 2013 after agreeing a selling price. Their fliers went out on-line & by post 17th May 2013. Viewings were arranged and a number of prospective buyers viewed the flat. Full feed back of viewings was passed on to us via email and telephone call. Offer accepted 29th May 2013. Contracts exchanged 12 July 2013 and completion took place 19 July 2013. Could have been faster had solicitors not been on vacation. That is what I would call a first class professionally handled transaction. Thank you James Klienman. GoogleI used Ellis & Co for the first time to let my property last year. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which James Ryan handled the transition from a difficult prior tenancy. I am also extremely impressed with the ongoing management of the property by Melissa Sornio. I am kept updated on a monthly basis on the cash flow and all major repairs and up keep is brought to my attention . From my experience Ellis &Co is highly recommended

Melissa Sornio the letting manager has always provided excellent and professional service. She is a asset to the company. Her desire to help the landlord & tents to achieve best result is second to none. It has been a pleasure dealing with this branch without any hesitation. Even my tents enjoy dealing with Melissa because they know the message will be conveyed to me without delay. Ellis &Co and Mel you are number One in my book all the time, I have no hesitation recommending them to my friends who are looking to move.

GoogleI have used Ellis & Co now on 3 occasions and have been extremely impressed by the professionalism shown by Jason Davis in particular with regards to my purchases and sales in the past couple of years. The valuations discussed with and given by Jason on what to put my properties on the market for was spot on and a buyer found and subsequently completed on the sale quickly and efficiently. My purchases with Jason have been just as efficient again from the original negotiations with the vendors on my behalf up to completion. I look forward to using Jason and the professional team behind him hopefully in the near future.
