So all I can say is that I cant think of anything which I can imagine anyone doing any better, so can only rate them as a benchmark others should aspire towards. never had a problem. excellent and friendly. Oh and they have to talk and put up with me, which must be difficult for them.

GoogleMy experience with Ellis & Co has been very positive and happy one. Few months back I approached them to let out our flat in Wembley. They managed it so nicely and in a very professional way. It is not only I got the higher rent than the last time let out through some other estate agent the terms and conditions were also better. It took only few weeks to sign and seal the whole transaction. The office staff, especially the managers Ravi and Dipak and lovely secretary Shikha have been so helpful and cordial all the time. GoogleHonestly, they are cheaters, don't sell your property through them. They charge commission from buyer and seller both. Double whammy for them, and leaving a big hole in your pocket. Not worth going to them, whether for selling, buying or renting.

Dear Adam, I'm not sure where you got this information from but it is TOTALLY INCORRECT. We only charge one party. For a short period we had an offer where we did not charge the vendor but the buyer would pay our commission. You will find this is common practice in London. The staff are very approachable at all times and have all the expertise in advising potential buyers/tenants. I purchased my buy to let property through the firm and every step of the process was attended to very well.
