I purchased my flat through Ellis and Co in Queens parade Bounds Green. I had been looking for a property in the Bounds Green and Bowes Park area for a while. Ellis and Co Mill Hill recently sold my house for me and so I felt compelled to give something back by reporting to the world about the fantastic job they did. Selling a house is never easy and the process can be fragile at best. They successfully managed one of the neediest control freaks you could meet without at any point alienating me. I was kept informed and offered sage advice throughout on how best to manage the process without sabotaging it. Their wise words and cool heads enabled me to secure my dream house, a process which would have been totally compromised by mismanagement of the sale of my house. Many people dread dealing with Estate Agents, but Adam at Ellis & Co. displayed nothing but class, he was a true gentlemen in his contact with me and my buyer. I'll actually miss the regular updates. I owe them much much more than their reasonable fee of which they deserved every penny.

Meeting various agents in the local area when deciding to sell our property was an interesting experience. Many came in with a sense of arrogance attempting to seduce us with bold statements. Our initial meeting with Ross White from Ellis &Co was the first time that an agent spoke to us in a genuine and authentic way, whilst providing a realistic valuation. This grounded and honest approach was important to us and although other agents had valued our property higher, we felt very safe in Ross' capable hands and there was no question as to who would be getting the instruction. Ross found our first buyer extremely quickly, and when they chose not to progress with the purchase, Ross had found another buyer even quicker! Throughout the whole process Ross has been friendly, professional and reliable. Selling a property can be stressful at times and it's very reassuring to know that when you call, Ross picks up. When you email, he responds. If you're reading this review prior to having valuations carried out, trying to decide which agents to call, please ensure that you call Ellis & Co and speak to Ross. You need to think carefully about who you would like to be dealing with day in/day out, and not just accept the agent that promises you the world and will most likely fail to deliver.
