GoogleMy friend and I decided to rent our first property and the team at Ellis and Co Bounds Green could not have been more helpful- especially Nicos, Shaq and Jason. From being really flexible with viewings and sorting out the start of the tenancy, the team were really attentive to what we needed and made the whole process run smoothly and easily. The property is managed and Nicos has been brilliant! Any issues we have had have been dealt with immediately (even when we have said it is nothing urgent and we are happy to wait). They have kept us updated on everything and have been really friendly and reliable. We couldn't recommend them more!

GoogleTony Ellis and his colleagues provided helpful and friendly advice on pricing and marketing my flat and tremendous support during the sale process. This was particularly important as my solicitor was not communicative or responsive to enquiries and Tony and his team chased outstanding issues and provided essential communications with my buyers and our solicitors. Tony and team provided a first class service and I am really grateful for their help in the successful sale of my flat.

GoogleI don't often do this, but I have had such a positive experience renting with Ellis over the last few years that I felt I should post a review. I've recently bought out of the area, but during my stay in Bounds Green, the whole team at Ellis were helpful, responsive and courteous at all times. They were great in finding me a competitive rental in Bounds Green, and managed the whole tenancy process professionally and efficiently throughout. They always responded immediately to any concerns we might have had, and all problems were quickly resolved using their team of regular tradespeople - all skilled, polite and excellent! I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thanks!

GoogleWe received excellent service from Mr. Nikolaou, the process was very fast, they helped us a lot in matters of information about processes such as credit history and in general where we had for it was the first time we rented a house without the bills and without furniture. Both the price of the house and its condition are impeccable with the office providing constant support on technical issues. They recommend it unreservedly. One should definitely stop by if one is going to settle in the area.

GoogleEverybody at Ellis are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We failed to sell our flat with 2 other estate agents and were starting to give up hope, until we finally went with Ellis who found us a buyer, and followed the sale through to completion (including alot of chasing of the buyers solicitor). They also offered sound advice regarding presentation of the flat. Thanks very much!

GoogleWe have just brought a house in Marden through Ellis and Co and have been thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Lynn was brilliant, constantly on he phone making sure things were moving in the right direction, going above and beyond to get the sale completed. Would highly recommend to anyone considering buying or selling.
