GoogleI just like to express my postive experience with this agent. They have been excellent. Compared to other agents they don't play silly games . I found ellis and co to be very honest, helpful and made the experience of buying a house so much easy. They did not play any games with me like most agents do. I like to personally thanks Mitchell from mill Hill branch. He's been so helpful, honest and patient with us. Thanks alot Mitchell for everything. I would reccomend this agent. GoogleJames Ryan manages the office like a true professional. Expertly handled right from the start of my letting process. Josh and Mel worked very hard and kept me updated on a regular basis. Excellent service. I will certainly be using them again. I have subsequently used Ellis for a number of my flats and their service levels continue to be excellent. Mel in particular has been there a long time and her experience and knowledge has been a huge benefit to me.

GoogleIt was amazing to have found our flat through Ellis & Co Golders Green our flat is amazing and in a very good location we really love it here! The property manager Mel Sornio is always there to help us whenever we have queries or issues or problems with the flat she always get back to us quickly and and dealt with it efficiently. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and assistance Mel have provided to us. I will not hesitate to give her two thumbs up 👍👍

GoogleJason at Ellis and Co. sets a new Gold standard for estate agents. Professional and experienced, he moved smoothly and calmly through a difficult sale with determination and charm. Jason dealt with buyers, vendors and solicitors to bring about a successful conclusion and was a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend Ellis and co, in particular Jason for their excellent professional manner and producing an excellent outcome. GoogleI have previously had many bad experiences with other letting agents, but I've had only positive experiences with Ellis and Co so far which has been a nice change! (e.g. maintenance issues are responeded to and sorted out quickly)

GoogleThis is the worst agency ever , we moved here back in September and didn’t realise how bad the conditions are. The flooring is terrible and we can here every footsteps which are extremely loud from upstairs and it wakes us up every night. The condition are terrible and there was asbestos in the Heating. We complained many times to the agency but they hardly responded or were helpful. I guess because they got their money. Would not recommend them ever.

GoogleI have used Ellis & Co for over 6 years to help let my property and then sell it this year, and I had a good relationship with the team. The team are responsive and Khalid, the director, was particularly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the sale of our property especially when progress was slow and we were frustrated. I would happily use them again.
