GoogleMy friends and I rented a flat with Ellis and co. Not sure if we were discriminated against because we were students, or because we were Asian, but the agents (Ashley in particular) were very rude and condescending. They also ignored our emails and phone calls for months, which meant we had to deal with broken heating, broken taps, broke fire alarms etc.for months. 100% do not recommend.

Very professional, extremely friendly, very responsive, go the extra mile for their client when required, anticipate issues...all the team have been fab and in particular Tariq has been outstanding.
