I highly recommend them.
Along with the people I mentioned earlier, Ashley Thompson has been managing my property for the past year or two, and my experience has been excellent. Ashley is quick to respond to any inquiries and handles everything efficiently. Highly recommended!

The company has acted as our letting agent for a flat in Tottenham Hale for over a decade and been assiduous and efficient, as well as extremely helpful to us and our (only 2) tenants, throughout that time. When it came to selling the flat, Ellis's sales section were as good as the lettings section and oversaw the sale with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. The tenant was well looked after and the sale was completed in good time. Ellis is a great company and I can't thank them enough for all their support over the years.

GoogleWe are tenants in a property in Bethnal Green. For the last 6 months we have had Ashley Thomson managing our house. He is excellent. He responds to emails quickly, and shows genuine concern for the issues that we raise. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with.
It's worth mentioning, however, that the people managing our property prior to Ashley were extremely frustrating to work with. They would often take a long time to reply to emails. They would rarely follow-up on issues. It felt important to mention the issues we have had in the 4 years prior to being managed by Ashley. We hope that Ashley is here to stay!

GoogleVery disappointing and unprofessional experience. The agency deducted £1,370 from our deposit for so-called charges, without providing any valid invoices or evidence to justify the deductions. We repeatedly asked for proof, but none was provided.
In my experience, these charges were unfair and incorrect. Withholding a deposit without proper documentation is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before trusting this agency with their money.
