I have received good advice in the selling of my property, in a difficult market. They have accommodated my requests over a long period of time taken to complete the conveyancing. Over many years that I’ve been in the area, I have used other estate agents but they were a disaster and Ellis’ were like a delight to find. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We had a short term rent through Ellis and co Wembley They were diligent in signing us onto tendency agreement , we paid 3 months rent in advance plus deposit. We then added extra month. No delay paid in minutes of agreement. The flat was clean and served our propose for 4 months. We left the flat clean exactly as we received it. Ellis and Co team agreed everything was in order. Now it’s nearly month Ellis &co wembley is delaying our deposit. They are avoiding us giving us the run around. They is wrong , illegal and unfair. Now we are told the manager is away till next year. Which means it may take 3 months to get our deposit back. It beyond wrong. Our agreement say 2 weeks after we leave we will get our deposit back it now 2 months. Daylight robbery

GoogleVery disappointing and unprofessional experience. The agency deducted £1,370 from our deposit for so-called charges, without providing any valid invoices or evidence to justify the deductions. We repeatedly asked for proof, but none was provided. In my experience, these charges were unfair and incorrect. Withholding a deposit without proper documentation is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before trusting this agency with their money.

I was away quite a lot due to my parents not being well but Amar would visit my property if I need key bits of post scanned for the sale and even collated docs I needed ready for the surveyor. Howard provided counsel to both myself and the buyer and was essential in managing our relationship and keeping the lines of communication going. He was integral to getting the completion over the line and I couldn't be happier.

GoogleHad a great experience with Adam who quickly found us the perfect flat in Bethnal Green a year ago. He was proactive and ensured we secured the property within our tight timeline. Since then, Adam and the team have promptly sorted out any issues we had and ensured a smooth process when we chose to end our lease. Very professional team who perform their necessary checks to ensure both you and the landlord are fairly protected, highly recommend!
