I was looking to move somewhere within the Marina area and quite quickly. Laura made it so easy, and effort free that i had the keys in my hand within the week after the first viewing.
After first meeting me, and showing me around 2 marina based apartments, Laura gauged my personality and taste down to a T. She told me about one apartment that was nearly ready for viewings and she would get in touch with me. A day later she managed to get me a viewing... it was perfect. I pretty much signed on the spot, after a slight negotiation on price. Everything fell in to place so easily that it truly was meant to be. She was pro-active and there when i needed her for queries or info and because of this we had the deal wrapped up in no time.
So just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for your time and patience working with me, finding me my cute new home!

After many years in the rental market we decided to sell up and pull out. The property was put on the market by Dawsons Sales at the Morriston branch. Unfortunately the owner of the property passed away in early January which meant that the sale was hindered by probate and officialdom. The staff at the Morriston branch were able to keep the ball rolling for me during this very sad period and the sale has been completed with minimum of fuss and very little involvement required by me. All the staff especially Tracy at Dawsons are worth their weight in gold...

I cannot recommend the staff that I had dealings with in the Sketty branch of this estate agent enough.
They ensured the best photos and wording were used to sell my property. They were very active in pursuing leads and in encouraging people to view the property.
They were also very helpful if providing me with properties for me to view that I hadn't considered. Indeed I ended up buying a house through them that I didn't consider looking at initially . It was only on their recommendation that I looked at it at all. If you let them into the idea of what you want they will bend over backwards.
Of course estate agents are not just about helping you find a buyer and a new property. Its about completing the transaction. I thought Dawsons were incredibly proactive in getting all relevant parties to work in the right way.. surveyors, solicitors, the other estate agents involved.
If I decided to ever move again i would use them in a heartbeat.
