We had an excellent service from Dawsons Walters Rd branch.Staff were helpful knew each other's business if a staff member was unavailable and more so give us invaluable recommendations.This included a surveyor,solicitor to deal with our conveyancing,local gas inspector and damp proof expert.. They were absolutely fantastic and patient with us as first time investors. Thank you Dawsons.

Dawsons provided an excellent service from start to finish. They provided a realistic valuation and the house was quickly advertised online. They carried out all of the viewings and gave feedback following each viewing. Whenever I called the office (whilst waiting for the sale to go through I called a lot) queries were answered promptly. The staff at the Morriston branch are all professional, approachable and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a property.

I have recently sold my house with Dawson's in Mumbles. The assistance that I have had from the staff in the Mumbles office, to find a new home, has been great. They have kept me informed about new properties, that were coming onto the market and have shown a genuine interest in my need to find a new home. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I am only sorry that I eventually found a property with another agent. I really would have liked to buy a property with Dawson's to thank them for all their efforts. Thanks for all your patience with our many viewings !

Dawsons, mumbles, showed great professionalism during the initial valuation visit. Subsequently, I was very impressed with the high quality photographs taken. After inviting 3 local estate agents to view our home we chose Dawsons, Morrison, Swansea, as they presented a well thought out sales strategy - and offered a great deal of helpful advice. They welcomed our input regarding advertising, and handled all enquiries & viewings - always keeping us informed stage-by-stage. All in the office knew what was going on, so no loose ends (good team work there!). Their charges are perhaps a tad less than some agents. The first ad appeared on a Tuesday, by Friday we had had 3 viewings - all making offers, and accepted a near-asking price offer on the Saturday - 5 days to sell!!! The sale went through smoothly and swiftly, so we can thoroughly recommend Dawsons..

We have recently sold our property with Dawsons Morriston. The process was professionally handled from valuation, through viewings and subsequent sale. The price was competitive and attracted viewings straight away and they generated a number of offers. The accepted offer was at the top of a chain but Tracy, Shaun and the team managed it to a successful conclusion, in the shortest time frame possible. It was a long and stressful process but was made a lot easier by the help of the staff which went way beyond there job descriptions to help the purchase go to plan .
