GoogleHorrible horrible people. Rented a flat on top of my shop to a drug addict who plays very very loud music and disturbing all my team and all my customers. Also the smell of drugs everywhere and they don’t seem to be doing anything about it .

From the initial valuation with Alison, who impressed me with her local knowledge and advice, to Leanne who conducted the viewings with enthusiasm and efficiency, I have been kept informed at every stage of the process. My house was sold quickly, and the marketing was excellent. At this point, Selina took over with frequent updates, great advice and reassurance. The warmth and approachability of the staff made me feel I was valued both as a customer and person, and that nothing was too much trouble for them. I am grateful to them, and am happy to recommend their services to anyone selling their home. I know there are cheaper alternatives, but the price difference is more than made up for by the superb professionalism and support of the staff. I have literally had to do nothing: Dawsons have taken care of the whole process on my behalf.

GoogleI have been very impressed with the service Dawsons in Mumbles gave during the sale of my mother's house, following her sad death. Emma, Andrea, Jake and all the team were very attentive and empathetic to our situation. My queries were immediately answered and they kept me informed of any feedback from house viewings. Following the sale I was updated regularly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I must thank Emma particularly who was heavily involved in bringing about exchange of contracts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Throughout my year-long tenancy, they've been incredibly responsive and proactive, especially with maintenance issues. The entire team, with a special mention to the maintenance staff, has been consistently professional and helpful. Karen, who conducts quarterly inspections, deserves a special mention for her delightful demeanor and respectful approach. She always takes the time to chat and catch up, which I truly appreciate. My time in this flat has been wonderful, thanks in large part to the dedicated team at Dawsons. I couldn't be more grateful for their contribution to making my tenancy here so enjoyable. GoogleWe sold our property with Dawson’s in the marina, with the property having completed last week. Our property was under offer within 3 weeks! Cannot recommend the team enough. Aisha, Lisa and Kelly held the viewings for our property and were fantastic in both selling and their immediate follow up of the feedback from the viewings. Proceeding the offer, Kelly was our main point of contact and she was absolutely brilliant! We spoke on a nearly day to day basis regarding updates, and our flat took just under 3 months to complete! Kelly was fantastic in following up with our buyers and buyers solicitor, her help massive pushed this sale along.

We live away initially in Australia and now in Scotland so for landlords looking for a property management company that live away you will be in safe hands with Dawson’s Marina.
