We can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate his efforts!

Excellent throughout - found multiple interested parties and our eventual buyers when we had lost all hope. Managed to whip a slow moving chain in to shape and coordinate poor performing conveyancers so we could move in line with our desired timelines. Genuinely don’t think the move would have happened without the attentive and personal service.

I highly recommend using C Res for moving house. They were the most prepared estate agent who came round when we were looking at putting our house on the mortgage and kept in constant communication throughout. We haven't had the easiest of chain but everyone was chasing and pushing for us. Big thanks to James, Ang and Angi!
