GoogleIt was a long and sometimes complicate journey for us to get moved but everyone at Country Properties were helpful and informative along the way, with regular and scheduled updates. I'm pleased we chose them and not an online provider as I'm convinced that due to our complex chain we would not have got the result we wanted. Thank you.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of this estate agent. We attempted to buy a property that they were marketing, and they did such a superb job of keeping everyone in the chain informed that we came to rely on them more than our own estate agent. If you're selling in the area, these are the guys to go with. If you're looking to buy, check out what they have on offer.

GoogleFantastic service !!!! The Ladies at the Baldock and Ashwell branches worked so hard everyday to keep us fully updated and chased any queries up. We also sold through them a few years back and they we fantastic then. They are worth every penny, they are professional, helpful, organised ! They make you feel really special as a customer and are very efficient and organised. I cant thanks them enough and highly recommend them !!

GoogleWe have been looking for a property the last year. Sonya and her team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. We still need to complete however we no this team will do everything I'm their power for us to move into our first home. We would definitely use them if we decided to sell out property. Would like to say a big than you to Denise who has been our main point of contact.

GoogleTried to purchase two properties through Country Properties, was asked to provide copies of my bank statements because an email from Barclays stating the mortgage has been approved is not good enough. With the first property they actually put it back on the market the day before we were due to exchange contracts. I have purchased lots of properties and never been messed about this much. Michelle Woods could learn a lot from whoever dealt with the 5 star reviews on here.

GoogleA huge thank you to the team at Country Properties Baldock for making the sale of my flat such a painless & positive experience and for showing great warmth & accessibility as a team despite being thrown the inevitable curve ball or two (by myself if I recall!). I dealt with a number of members of the team - Denise, Helen, Kerry-Marie and Sonia - and without exception they went above & beyond the formal expectations I had. They were extremely pro-active in approach and are obviously a very close-knit team. I received a full asking price offer within days of the flat first being marketed which was in very large part due to the preparation & communication of the team. I cannot thank you all enough and would wholeheartedly recommend that any prospective buyer or seller in the area makes contact!

GoogleQuite simply Country Properties was outstanding in the sale of my house. Helen came round, we agreed a price of sale. The team came round soon after to look at the property so they all had an understanding what they were selling. With in a few hours of the house going on the market, Country Properties was all ready making appointments for them to come round with potential buyers to view. With in a week our home was sold. Once sold Sonia would ring us up with an update of everything that was going on. I am sure if Sonia was not on the case our contracts would have not exchanged and chain would have been broken. If you are thinking of selling your house employ the best, Give them a ring you will not be disappointed. June 2017

At the same time, any questions we had during the process were answered in a thorough manner, which provided reassurance. GoogleWow what an amazing company and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from Country properties. Moving house is so stressful especially when you buyer pulls out on the day of exchange. I have to take my hat off to the whole team at the Baldock office as they all worked hard and way past the normal working hours and we are now living in our dream home. They are very knowledgeable and professional and took the stress out of the moving process. I do not normally do reviews but felt they had gone beyond the norm and cannot recommend they enough.

GoogleI sold my flat through Sonia and her team, and although there were some complications regarding the Leasehold, Sonia's and her team's knowledge was invaluable (far more so than my solicitor), and their input ensured that the issue was resolved in a timely and cost effective manor. From the first consultation, to arranging viewings, to handling the progress of the sale through to completion, I can't fault the service provided by the various members of the team that were involved. I shalt be moving for many years, but when I do I shall certainly be using Country Properties again.

GoogleFrom the very first time I called into Country Properties Baldock, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. They listened to my requirements and showed me a number of properties which unfortunately were not quite suitable but they introduced me to a slightly larger property which better suited my requirements and therefore I made an offer which was accepted. After the purchase all the staff keep me fully informed of all developments even on the property which I had sold privately, at least once a week. It was a great pleasure to deal with all members of staff.
