We had a few issues with solicitors holding up the chain, Steph & Jamie were fantastic at keeping everyone updated the whole way through, it definitely wasn’t any easy sale !
I could call them anytime they reply to e-mails straight away.
Steph made sure everyone was updated on the process at all times.
There was NO hard sales or hidden costs.
Shefford country properties definitely work together as part of team and that really shows.

GoogleWhen we sold our house earlier this year we opted to use Country Properties in Royston. The property sold quickly but our purchase of another property fell through. Country Properties were absolutely brilliant in keeping our buyers on track for the 6 months it took to finally find an alternative, do all the legal stuff and complete. There were some last minute complications and Country Properties couldn't do enough to help. They really did go over and above. Kirsty was exceptional. I would definitely use them again.
