Deciding to sell and buy a new house after just having my second baby was stressful enough, but we seemed to have got into a terribly difficult and uncertain chain. Sasha, from country properties went above and beyond for us and I'm happy to say we did finially exchange! I'm confident this wouldn't have happened without her input. for those of you who doubt estate agents worth, she is worth her weight in gold! a true super star! Thank you so much for everything! wonderwoman xx

We sold and bought another house all through Country Properties. The staff worked so hard as it was a very difficult chain. We would recommend to anyone to use them for a personal, caring service A BIG thank you to Sarah and Sasha who handled and controlled some very difficult situations along the way. Thanks again, we can now relax!

I have used Country Properties, Letchworth for a few years now. They found me great tenants to rent my property and, when the time came, they helped me sell too. Paul Gibson has always been friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make everything run smoothly. I am now using CP to help me find my next home, both Simon and Ian Ellmers have been friendly and helpful too - I HIGHLY recommend the Letchworth branch - they're great! Thank you team!

We have just completed the sale of our house in Biggleswade and we would just like to express our thanks and gratitude to all of the staff at Country Properties. From the start of the process Kim and her team were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through every stage with a smile and made the sale as stress free as possible. A big thanks to Kim, Irma and Ashleigh for organising the viewings and to Lorraine who managed the exchange and completion process. All were very professional, supportive and understanding and we would definitely recommend the whole team at Country Properties in Biggleswade to anybody considering selling their house. Thank you all so much. Gerallt and Lynda Hughes

Would definitely recommend this estate agent, Kim and her team went above and beyond in their help with selling my childhood home after my parents died. She fully understood how emotional the sale process was and was always at the end of the phone to help and support. Thank you

Highly recommended. From start to finish, every member of the team we had contact with was supportive and so pleasant to deal with. They worked really hard for us, and we particularly appreciated the effort they put in to manage the chain. At all times we felt they were acting in our best interest and there was never any pressure on us to do otherwise. Thank you Lorraine, Ash and Irma!

Kim, Lorraine and the whole team are brilliant!! I had been with a different agent for a couple of months with no success. I asked Country Properties to also list my property and they had viewings lined up straight away, and I had accepted an offer within two weeks! Throughout the whole process they were at the end of the phone if I needed them and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend country properties if you are planning to sell your property.

Country Properties were extremely helpful with the purchase of our house. They went out of their way to facilitate additional viewings of the property and helped expedite the purchase by chasing solicitors. A very friendly and helpful estate agency.
