GoogleThe Baldock office gives professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personalised service. Always available by phone or email and responded very quickly to any questions. Everything was clearly explained from the start and they gave excellent advice and reassurance. No matter who we spoke to, they were aware of who we were. They delivered a better service than other estate agents we have dealt with. Will use again and again.

GoogleWhen deciding to sell my house I made an initial mistake of going with another agent. After several fruitless months I changed to Country Properties. It was like chalk and cheese. Every member of staff who would have any involvement in the selling of my property came to my house to get first hand knowledge. I was also given verbal feedback quickly after each viewing. Something I had to chase with the previous agent. One buyer was found but unfortunately his chain broke down. The staff at CP remained upbeat and arranged more viewings. A second buyer arrived and by that time we had found our dream home. Helen offered to negotiate on our behalf and achieved a massive reduction. I was well impressed. Suggestions and recommendations were given and taken up for solicitors, removal companies and a surveyor. Excellent choices. All the staff worked tirelessly during a difficult stage of exchange and completion. We moved on the 13 th of December thanks to the dedication and professionalism of all the staff at Country properties. I cannot thank or recommend them enough.

GoogleSonia and her team in the Baldock and Ashwell branches of Country Properties were fantastic. My family and I were obliged to sell our home and relocate following a death in the family. Sonia and the CP staff could not have been more supportive, kind or compassionate. They were very sensitive to our needs as a family and went out of their way to provide every assistance needed. Their communication was excellent and I received regular updates on viewings and feedback from buyers. They gave good advice on how to present the house in a saleable way, without huge expense. Their long-standing ties to the local area made their assistance feel more like neighbourly support. They made a painful process bearable. I am so grateful to them.

GoogleCountry Properties in Hatfield offer extremely professional services on behalf of both landlords and tenants in the Hatfield area and beyond. Our daughter rented her flat through this agent and has found them to be excellent to deal with. They make the process of renting accomodation in the area a straightforward process and, in our experience, work just as hard for their tenants as they do for their landlords.

GoogleRenting a house with a pet can be quite a challenge but the rental team at Country made it very easy from the start! Jodie in particular was very accommodating, responding quickly and with clarity to all of my requests & enquiries. Throughout the process we were informed of all developments and charges. Quite often with letting agents you don't see them from key handover to contract renewal twelve months later. However Audrey, as our property manager, has been outstanding in quickly following up on a couple of technical issues, arranging contractors and even putting out our bins whilst we're away on holiday! We're very pleased with the quality of finish in the property delivered and the hands on approach to details in the garden, paint and carpets taken by Country Country Hatfield are a breath of quality customer care and professional pride in the often less than impressive world of home rental and we would happily rent with them again.

GoogleMoving to a new area and finding a place to rent can be a daunting experience, but Country Properties - especially Jodie, Audrey and Zoe - have been fantastic. It felt very much like they were keen to find the right property rather than just trying to put me in any old one. Unlike other agents I've used during my search, I didn't feel under any pressure from them either to rush a viewing or to make a decision. Jodie was brilliant at answering questions, and had fantastic knowledge of the properties she showed me around. It made me feel very confident in my choice of place to rent, and they were by far the best of the many local are agents I've interacted with.

FacebookIf you are their customer, they will be nice and talk to you. If you are at the end of your contract with them, their staff will simply ignore your requests. Will not recommend it to anyone.
This is true we have been ignored after our tenancy finished, no feed back from exit check over, slow to even start process of returning £1900 deposit, still not received any feed back after 22 days of having completed check out. Disgraceful attitude, I have had to chase and chase and still no messages back. I had to start the process with the company used to hold the deposit but this takes a month before they pay it out. I would never rent through this agency. Very slow to get issues resolved in the flat to a point we had to with hold rent to get repairs carried out and start a process of complaints against the agency. We had enough and now purchased a property and would never go back to renting through this agency.

Sasha, from country properties went above and beyond for us and I'm happy to say we did finially exchange!
