GoogleFriendly staff from the start. Steve explained everything clearly to us and Joel made viewings stress free. Both gentlemen were always friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once a buyer was found we dealt with Phil. To say he worked hard is an understatement. Through all the twists and turns he made sure every outcome was right for everyone involved. and took stress from us where needed. Thank you to the whole CP team for all their hard work in helping us both buy our new home and sell our old one.

FacebookI had better service from Sasha (our purchase) l than I could ever have anticipated. We had some issues with our sale and Sasha was on hand to help us resolve them every step of the way. I’ve used several agents to try to sell my property and not one of them has come close. Sasha has done all of the chasing that my agent should’ve done, she’s always been available to help and absolutely nothing is too much bother. Sasha is personable, knowledgable and just brilliant. Many many thanks for helping make this happen for us! Anyone who’s thinking of instructing an agent, I would only recommend only one from personal experience-country Properties (and trust me, I’ve been through a few of them). I’m so impressed with the service I’ve had. 1st class!!!

GoogleAmazing service from Phil and the team. I dealt with Phil for the most part of the process and he is full of knowledge and so helpful. As a first time buyer i had many questions, but Phil answered them going above and beyond what was required. A normally stressful process made so much more bearable due to the professionalism and patience from him.

FacebookSasha and Sarah were very supportive when our original house purchase with them fell through and then pulled out all the stops to try and find us a new home. Although we didn’t buy through CP in the end I was pleased to learn they were in the same chain and towards the end Sasha was amazing, keeping me updated and helping us get to the point of exchange even though she had no obligation to as we didn’t sell through CP either. I honestly don’t think we would have moved when we did if she hadn’t gone over and above her duty to get us there! 👏👏👏
When you're over the trauma of this house move and fancy selling or buying again... you know where we are!! 😜👍😂 On a serious note, we hope you're loving your new home and have all settled in well 🥰 🏡

Our first contact was Irma, who was friendly and professional, and helped us out quite a few times with various things. After our offer was accepted, we were then put under Lorraine's charge. Lorraine was very approachable and communicative, and did everything she could to ensure the sale proceeded smoothly. We felt like we were really well looked-after, which is much appreciated given the many stresses involved in buying a home... Thank you!
