GoogleI used Country Properties to deal with my elderly mothers sale, as she needed to move due to ill health. We had 5 agents call to value the property, and although all but one seemed good, my mother and myself, felt that Kim stood out, and the sale was placed with them. We have been kept informed throughout all stages of the viewings, and eventual sale, right up to, and including the completion today. I have dealt mainly with Lorraine Barnett, who has been great throughout, and would highly recommend their services .

GoogleCountry properties have been extremely helpful and professional throughout the purchase of our first home. Lorraine was always on the other end of the phone if I needed anything and kept me updated throughout the process. Buying a property can be a stressful time but Lorraine made the whole process much easier and for that I will definitely be using country properties again in the future. Great customer care and service and really lovely staff! Would highly recommend!

GoogleWhether you're selling or buying, CHOOSE BALDOCK COUNTRY PROPERTIES. The service from Sonia and her team at Baldock Country Properties is second to none: I had to delay my sale and related purchase due to ill health the team were able to manage the chain so that we all completed after I was out of hospital. This meant an unending amount of extra phone calls that Sonia and the team had to make yet it was all done with supreme efficiency and kindness to me. I have never come across such a tightly run estate agency and with such great people to deal with. Moving home is one of the most stressful things but Sonia, Kerrie, Helen, Denise and Michelle were amazing and when they say they are going to do something, they jolly well do. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
