GoogleMyself and my partner bought our house through Country Properties, and honestly they were absolutely fantastic. The whole team went above and beyond to offer support, provide updates and accommodated lots of requests. Our solicitors weren’t brilliant, but having such a supportive team at Country Properties helped to relieve a lot of that stress. I had so many questions as I wasn’t entirely sure on the process, but Country Properties made me feel like no question was a stupid question (which was very kind considering some of them were most definitely stupid questions). Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

He was ably backed by Dawn, who arranged and completed all the legal requirements to complete the letting within a couple of weeks. GoogleThoughtful, attentive and professional. This branch of Country Properties should be the flagship based on the service they provide. Relocating and moving house is one of the most stressful things anybody can go through but with their quick communication and support it felt easy. Sharon in particular really did go above and beyond, no ask felt silly and she joined us in our excitement for our new chapter. It’s been 17 years since I brought a house and the process has somewhat changed. We found our dream home and Country Properties helped us navigate the purchase from start to finish. Very approachable and flexible with a number of visits to the property before the final purchase. Always at the end of the phone to answer 101 questions. Sasha in particular was our point of contact and can’t thank her enough. Having a local agent additionally helped as I was new to the area. Country Properties having sold many properties in the area was able to guide us with the purchase which really helped me. Now the fun begins in turning the old 1980’s house into our dream home. All of the staff have been exceptional from the initial valuation with Ken who was extremely efficient and believed in our property and achieving a great price for us. GoogleWe have received great support from the team in the Flitwick office. They remained helpful and friendly throughout a rather protracted and messy process. Towards the end especially, as everybody came under pressure to exchange, Phil worked like a demon, liaising with other agents, solicitors and people in the chain to keep the ball rolling and keep everyone informed, maintaining momentum where other professionals dropped off. We are very grateful for his support and positivity, which got us over the line!
