The sales person, Jorgia Tye, went that extra length to ensure that I could visit and view a selection of properties in the vicinity I had chosen. Charters have been excellent but especially Toby Rowe. He is a credit to the Alton Branch (Hampshire). In an age where communication is key, he sets the bar high by keeping in touch on a regular basis with updates and feedbacks and even to say hi. Toby has been my main contact but everyone at the Alton Branch are an excellent example of how estate agents should run. Very very happy with them. Thank you Charters xx

I had a bit of an issue when a ceiling light came down and a window handle broke. I reported the maintenance request on 31st May, and Edie Jarvis was absolutely brilliant, she dealt with it straight away and sorted a handyman to come over and fix everything. Really impressed with the quick and efficient service!

Great service from the team at Charters, Alton and the wider team. Tenant moved out on Sunday, inventory carried out on Monday, viewing on Tuesday, Wednesday morning offer accepted!! Very efficient and supportive team not just for the sale but also over the last 5 years they have been managing letting. I would highly recommend Charters.

We've had a very challenging house buying experience that set us back quite a bit in our journey. It was even more scary being first time, non-British buyers with no experience in this business what so ever. However I can say that our experience with Charters remained steadfast during all of it. Jo was our sales progress once we put our offer in and she was lovely, kept us updated all the time and was very reassuring when things didn't go the way that we hoped. I felt informed and supported. Right to the very end they were an amazing team and I would always appreciate this.

We found Sarah and her staff in the Alton office extremely professional, understanding and helpful at all stages of the selling process. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area. They have a wealth of knowledge on all things property and even advised on renting out if we needed to and price reductions. The office is well organised. The after offer acceptance contact from Gary was also first rate.
