We have received excellent service from Charters in Chandlers Ford. Cameron Broom was our contact and proved himself to be honest and trustworthy. His honesty around our valuation improved the volume of viewings resulting in a sale within 5 weeks. Our previous experiences with other estate agents had been less than satisfactory but Cameron restored our faith in the service. We always received scheduled updates and feedback from viewers and we were able to contact them at any time. Would highly recommend.

The sale presented several conveyancing challenges but staff were there to guide and support us along the way. They quickly updated us with any developments and responded immediately when we had questions. Highly recommend! My property was previously listed with another local agent without success, but when I instructed Charters, they proved to be highly efficient and professional. They organised numerous viewings, and the property was under offer in a short time. Although the sale took over six months due to circumstances beyond their control, Stephen Henry from the sales progression team worked tirelessly to keep things on track. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We rented a house through Charters this week. Kirstie was a fantastic agent in patiently showing us around the house multiple times as she knew it was such a huge decision for us. Kirstie also has an impressive understanding of the local community and was able to give us some really good advice. The referencing process was very smooth and efficient through the automated system, but the staff were also on hand to support with additional queries. Would highly recommend using Charters!
