We can not give enough credit to Charters and especially Kerry. They have been the ONLY Estate Agent in the area that have routinely kept us informed about properties that may be suitable for our daughter and her family. We have visited around 10 different Estate Agents in the area, handed leaflets explaining what they were looking for and giving the parameters, such as 4 bedrooms etc and only Charters have bothered to keep us informed. Winchester Rental Market

I had been looking at the Winchester rental market for a few weeks and contacted Charters in relation to a property i was interested in, unfortunately a let had been agreed the previous day, however Sarah Bainbridge was extremely proactive and provided me with links to current properties in my budget and within an hour we had arranged 3 viewings. Exceptional Rental Agency Service

I highly recommend Kirstie Stone at Charters Farnham. She listened to my requirements and lifestyle and was so very helpful. She suggested a rental property which she described as a bit of a "wild card", as it was not in a location I had previously considered. I saw it and loved it. She gave great advice, was patient, supportive, warm, and generous with her time. She went back to the house for me so she could video the interior because I had been over excited and forgot to press record! She negotiated with the landlord on my behalf and took the stress out of the whole process. I have been searching for nearly 2 years for the perfect property, and it was the first time I felt as if I had met an agent who was on my side, who understood me and what I wanted.
