Well done Leanne! When the chain reached a difficult hurdle I felt that Leanne really empathised with my situation and remained supportive and calm throughout. It was a situation that was completely beyond my control and I know she was able to keep the chain together. I'm extremely relieved to have got through a very stressful time and a huge upheaval when at times it looked very tricky.
Leanne was always personable and I really felt she was listening to me and not just engaging in estate agent style platitudes. She was always easy to reach on the telephone and always returned calls if requested.
This is my first experience of Charters and my impression is that it is a well oiled machine! I am also impressed by the initial process of finding the right property for me. Charters really listened to my needs and advised me to look at a house that I possibly would have overlooked. And it turned out to be perfect for me.

I cannot fault Connor's dogged determination to help us find a house in Alresford. He called whenever he knew there was something suitable coming on the market and made sure we were the first through the door. He was always honest and polite, arrived at all viewings on or ahead of schedule and made sure we all respected the owners wishes as we viewed the houses.
We have used Charters to rent as well and in both cases, I could not fault them as an Estate Agent.
