Leanne liased with us during the sale of our property, from offer accepted to exchange of contracts 8 weeks later. She regularly provided us with up to date information and feedback. Leanne also didn't hesitate to contact all parties involved when queries cropped up so that they were speedily resolved. After 12-13 months of trying to sell our house we got Mike/Charters on the case and within a few weeks they had sold our property (we also bought our new property through Mike). Engaging Mike was a pleasure as he always went that extra mile and nothing was ever to much bother through a very testing time especially towards the end trying to exchange/complete. Mike was always on the end if a telephone call whether it being after working hours or at the weekend. I would thoroughly recommend Mike and Charters when selling a property and we would look at using them again if we were to move in the future.

Jas was so helpful from initial phone call to helping find appropriate properties and for organisation of visits the next day . Very smooth viewings and helpful information on properties . Properties selected were all appropriate . We were in a hurry to view and select a property and she made every effort to ensure everything was done as quickly and efficiently as possible . Tim has worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale went through. Having read the high opinions of others who have dealt with Lisa Burdett, I should like to add my unreserved praise. So much of business life these days is actually unpleasant due to incompetence and disinterest. The exact opposite is true of Lisa who is thoroughly knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, helpful, caring and positive. In my opinion, this lady holds the whole firm together and without her, Charters fortunes would be very much the poorer. Very well done and long may this situation continue !

She is not only highly professional, knows her market inside out but also listens to what her clients tell her and acts on those instructions. She is warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We are indeed lucky to have her in Winchester and I recommend anyone thinking of buying/selling to go and have a conversation with her first. I have bought with Charters and will sell with them in the future and I also have three rental properties that they manage for me.

Even though we have not ended up buying a property through Charters, we have been extremely impressed by Nony's regular and entertaining property updates. She clearly makes a lot of effort to reach her customer base and succeeds in making her property updates relevant, refreshing and topical. We have brought many properties in the past, and Charters is very lucky to have such an enthusiastic and dedicated 'front woman'! There is no doubt that Nony adds significant value to Charter's already well established reputation and she is equally dedicated and enthusiastic on the phone, as by email. Nony was insightful, very focussed and clearly knew the business inside out. Her great strength was knowing and understanding exactly what we wanted and keeping us fully informed. I really do miss receiving my Friday night update on the property sales from her - that email alone was an incredibly helpful and reassuring - packed with information and sent with a lighter, personal tone that really helped in the very stressful world of buying and selling. That level of engagement was rarely seen by me in my year-long experience of the property market and was very powerful in establishing a level of trust between client and estate agent. Very trusting, easy to deal with and would be very happy to do business again.
