GoogleIncompetent and unprofessional. Avoid dealing with the property manager (Manu) and lettings manager (Aileen) of the Barnes branch. The property I live in continues to suffer from flooding and damage caused by the flat above who is managed by Carter Jonas. In the space of two years the property Carter Jonas manages has flooded three times, despite each time being deemed “repaired”. The property managers response on the third flood was “the leak has been repaired” and “Carter Jonas is not responsible for this”. Meanwhile the flat continued to flood water from the property above through electrical light fittings. The issue was only resolved once Carter Jonas head office was contacted. If you are considering having your property managed by these cowboys, look elsewhere.

GoogleI've been using Carter Jonas for the last 6 years to help manage my UK property since moving to the US, and their service has always been excellent. In particular though I have to call our Lauren who has been my property manager in Winchester for the last year. In this time I have been extremely impressed with the both the speed and attention to detail with her ability to deal with complex issues, which really puts my mind at ease when needing to deal with a property thousands of miles away. I can't thank her enough for all the work that she's doing as its this level of service that means I'll continue to use Carter Jonas into the future.
