GoogleWe have enquired about properties to rent on a number of occasions at Liskeard, we were never able to get an answer when we telephoned so we left voice mails and have never had our calls returned, so we are losing the opportunity to obtain a property.

FacebookJust wanted to say thank you for your help with our property search , although we didn’t end up buying with Bradley’s in the end, the service was fantastic. Ive have dealt with Jade a few times throughout the years with valuations and searches and she genuinely cares about her customers and vendors and their specific requirements. Would definitely use Bradley’s again in the future for selling and buying.

GoogleWe sold our house in St Ives through Bradleys. They advised on an appropriate price for the local market; marketed the place (photos inside, photo overhead, video inside, written description, advertising on their website, remote viewing, personal viewing); connected us with an energy performance assessor and a conveyancer (solicitor); informed us as the sale progressed; and handled the key transfer. The process was quick: from first contact with Bradleys to sale completion was three months. They employ someone full-time who contacts the people involved to keep the process moving. We didn't have to do much work: basically it was cleaning the house and completing forms. The marketing and website made the house visible: we had half a dozen offers within a week of the advert going online. The commission was reasonable for a local estate agent. The team was helpful when we did have contact.

GoogleWe approached a couple of estate agents in Taunton when looking to sell a residential property. But I was really impressed with Ben from the first phone call and it was an easy decision to go with him. Ben was genuinely interested in us, he was friendly, helpful, and provided a full explanation of what services his business could provide and what he recommended. We discussed our needs at length and I felt very confident that Ben could provide what we required. Communication at all times was excellent and timely. I felt that we were dealt with sensitively and with understanding particularly given we were selling my mother in laws home during a very difficult time. Ultimately we received a good offer for the house.I would thoroughly recommend this estate agents to anyone.

GoogleFor the last two years I have had on and off dealings with Bradleys. Beginning with Ben Stevens when he was based in Exeter, (he is now a branch manager in Taunton). Ben listened to me, took the time to work out exactly what I was looking for and did his best to find me the perfect house. It greatly reduced my stress levels being able to talk to someone friendly and knowledgeable who very kindly took the time to answer all my silly questions. He was an absolute star! I've now had an offer accepted and the only people I would trust to put my own house on the market with is Bradleys. I'm now dealing with Robin from the Exeter office who is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. The whole process was explained very clearly to me and I feel confident going forward. Highly recommend, wouldn't use anyone else :)

GoogleLacking terribly in their communication which has resulted in me not proceeding with them. I hope they learn from this and ensure their employees from the top down understand how key communication is and incorporate this into their training and processes.

Between travelling 3.5 hours to make viewings and working full time, I struggled to find local properties for my new job; Lisa went above and beyond to help us out and we are very grateful!
