GoogleI tried using another estate agent in Exeter to sell my property as it was slightly cheaper on fees, all I can say is I wish I had gone with Bradley's from the start! Tariq showed me around a property I loved whilst I was viewing other properties, he was friendly approachable and didn't push or force like some agents seem to. After viewing a few other properties I went for it and put in an offer in. Long story short I waited 18 weeks for the sale of my property to not go through so I changed to Bradley's to sell my property and thank goodness Tariq helped me keep my purchase. This all started in July 2020 we have had 2 lockdowns to go through changes in property prices etc... it is now April 2021. I can not thank Tariq and the Bradley's team enough for their calm, friendly and professional approach and helping me finally wake up in my dream home.

GoogleA wonderful team who have been a great help during my lengthy search to find a property and for whom nothing was ever too much trouble. Hopefully, I won't be moving again anytime soon, but when it happens, they'll be my first call. I can definitely recommend their friendly proficiency to anyone.

GoogleI know Estate Agents get a bashing ... and to be fair there are a few that deserve it. I have to say though our dealings have been brilliant with Sam and Nicky at Bradley's in Brixham. We moved just as we were coming out of lockdown and there were a few issues with the property but everything was manage professionally, they always called and arranged everything we needed and gave use a really good service. Extremely happy and would recommend the Brixham branch for anyone moving to the area!

GoogleRight from the start when we first marketed my aunt’s house, Stuart was always positive and realistic about the likelihood of sale and always responded quickly to emails and messages. This was especially helpful as we lived some 200 miles away so knowing someone was effectively dealing with matters as they arose was a great comfort. It has been a pleasure to have worked with him on what proved to be a smooth, efficient and speedy sale.
