GoogleWe recently bought a house through Bradley’s (not by our own choice), and overall the experience left a lot to be desired. Initially, we enquired about a viewing, but due to limited staffing, we were told we’d have to wait a week, not ideal given how quickly properties were being snapped up. We ended up contacting the vendor directly to arrange an earlier viewing, which helped speed up the process.
When we eventually had a viewing with Bradley’s, Amanda conducted it. During the viewing, we made an offer, but Amanda came across as quite standoffish and immediately demanded proof of deposit. This approach made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially as we were genuine buyers trying to move quickly.
After our offer was accepted, we arranged a survey, which had been confirmed in advance with the Bradley’s team. Unfortunately, when the surveyor turned up at their office, nobody was there, an embarrassing situation that could have easily been avoided. He had to begin with an external survey while waiting to hear back from them.
Later, when my wife spoke with Amanda about the incident, she responded with, “It’s done now, what do you want me to do about it?”, an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional comment.
Overall, our experience with Amanda and the team at Bradley’s Saltash was disappointing. When it comes time to upsize, we’ll definitely be avoiding Bradley’s.

We purchased a property that was being advertised by Bradleys Estates this year. Upon viewing the property they were there ready and waiting for us, were very informative about any questions we had about the house, not just the basics and were very friendly.
Once our offer was excepted and the ball started rolling with solicitors Ect Claire at the Camborne Branch was super on the ball, she was updating me regularly, without promt and always responded to my emails in a timly manner even if to say she would chase things up. This made the process of purchasing our first home much less stressful, easier and exciting.
I would higly recommend this company and should you be lucky enough to have Claire as your adviser you will be firmly looked after as we were.
