GoogleSelling a house is a huge thing … So much unknown … Really scary … However a. Big Thank You to Karl, Nick and Bonnie in Bradley’s in the Okehampton branch. Your help, guidance and support throughout the process has been absolutely amazing. Thank you for looking after my property whilst showing potential buyers around and keeping the property secure. I genuinely felt you kept me updated throughout the process right up until the completion. You showed empathy and understanding throughout the journey right through until completion. A special mention to the office manager Karl who put in his heart and soul into providing exceptional Customer Service throughout … Once he came on board at the Okehampton Office he invested his time and enthusiasm until sold. I felt completely confident it would sell and it did :-) I cannot speak highly enough of the Bradley’s, Okehampton branch if you are thinking of selling your property it is certainly something you should consider. GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of both attending viewings and having my property valued with Bradleys. Although I haven’t proceeded with a purchase or sale just yet, I wanted to leave a review specifically for Joshua. From the outset, Joshua has been incredibly helpful, explaining different aspects of the process, highlighting opportunities, and offering fantastic advice. What stood out most was that he never made us feel pressured. Instead, he truly listened to our goals and guided us in a way that felt supportive and well-informed. Joshua’s insights during both the viewing and valuation made our decision-making process much clearer and more thoughtfully planned. I’m really looking forward to working with him as we move forward. His professionalism is commendable, and it’s clear he’s a real asset to the Bradleys team. For anyone lucky enough to work with Joshua, you’re in great hands. :)

GoogleTotal lack of professionalism. Doing nothing for 10 months to sell the house and blaming only the lawyers and the seller is completely out of the ordinary. Discovering after 9 months that the client has Help to Buy and in the 10th month that they have other charge is downright mockery.

Dear Mircea, we are sorry to hear of your experience, although a few points to note. Is this the correct branch of Bradleys, as we have no record of you transacting with Plympton branch? The conveyancing process in this country is very slow, and is primarily the conveyancers role to progress the purchase/sale. We are always keen to assist, however it feels like you are aiming your frustration at the wrong party on this occasion. GoogleHouse hunting isn't my favourite pastime but finding a good estate agent is crucial and we found Bradleys of Okehampton to be really helpful, especially Nic Finch, who was very professional and attentive. His follow-up calls were above and beyond. Most of the other agents either didn't bother or were bordering on the rude. His attitude was caring and sympathetic and even though we found a property elsewhere he still emailed us and wished us well for the future. A lovely chap.

GoogleWe viewed a property with them, they were so efficient when we booked the viewing. At the viewing its self they were very knowledgeable on the property. Couldn’t fault them. They followed up to ask for feedback. Although we didn’t purchase the property, found they were very professional and would view a house with them again.

GoogleI recently had to rent a house urgently due to a change in life circumstances. Bonnie and the team were so helpful and understanding, even arranging a last minute viewing so I could get the house I wanted. What started out as an incredibly stressful and sad time ended up with happiness and contentment, due in no small part to the hard work and kindness of the Bradleys team. Thank you to everyone in the Okehampton and Exmouth offices!

GoogleBradleys communicated clearly and promptly throughout the marketing process and listed a good advert for the flat. The staff were excellent. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because the flat didn't sell. I would still recommend Bradleys and the Taunton team.

GoogleSo,........Nic showed us around the house and was excellent in what he said and how he presented himself. I have dealt with customers for over 40 years and he stood out against the other 2 viewings we have had with other companies. He was calm, relaxed and thoughtful. A real asset to the business I thought. The way he presented should not be difficult, but all too often it is for companies to get it hopelessly wrong.
