GoogleIf the rating was based just on customer service it would be 10/10. We had the lovely Xara show us around and her energy was amazing, complete credit to the company ! The place was nice and clean and we completely fell in love with an office space however unfortunately we did not end up using this company as they do not allow dogs (a lot of similar business in the area do accept dogs). We have a tiny 8 year old chihuahua that comes every where with us due to it being unsafe to leave her alone with her health issues. Everything else was great but the dog policy was unfortunately an issue. If you do not have a needy dog and you need a storage space to work from then i recommend !

GoogleReally happy with my experience at Big Yellow Storage. Lyndsay was lovely and really helpful, taking the time to show me around and explain everything clearly. She was also very thoughtful and reminded me to take photos of the unit, which was really useful. The price was reasonable too. Overall, a very smooth and straightforward experience. Thanks, Lyndsay!
