Have had a unit at the Chester site for many years and the service has always been excellent. I’ve always dealt with Jeff whose customer service is always informative. The site is always clean and well looked after.

I have had a unit at the Chester Depot for approx 3 years - Jeff set it up for me and has looked after me from the outset - I cannot fault the service that I have received whilst I have been a customer - I would recommend this depot to any friends wanting to rent a unit and if Jeff provides them with the same level of service that he has given to me then I know that they will be in very capable hands - thank you Jeff you have been truly amazing
